In the previous chapiters we have studied

It is pride month and studying love sounds fitting, well I mean here you will find a criticism on love is love and simple definitions of love, I will present a extended definition of love that herd us toward transgression and integrity.

On the limits of love

When we say something is off limits, it is out of bounds, beyond some kind of frontier. For example, in a hetero normative context, loving someone of the same gender as yours is off bounds. [Also in a transphobic context, this love excludes trans people] So when we affirm love we are saying that these boundaries should be abolished.

Virginie Despentes once said that younger she couldn't even conceive being in love with another woman and that was only able to love when she transgressed these boundaries. This means that when Despentes transgressed these norms a whole new horizon of possibilities became possible to her. If this idea of boundaries and transgression are clear to you, please go on.

Extending concepts

The boundaries between what is allowed and what is forbidden aren't always clear, let's make an exercise on the extent of love using a question brought up by the animal rights.
